The custom processes
We are always ready to receive your exciting design drawings, which is very important to us! A detailed design drawing should include the dimensions, color numbers and notes (the process you want to apply), if any, please attach the design drawing of the logo (including dimensions and implementation process).
Next, we will find the corresponding color in our acetate color card library according to the color number you provide, or you can find the online color card on our website and send your favorite color.
If you need a customized logo, we will send you the renderings of the logo in different positions and different processes, and you can choose the most suitable one for you from several options.
After completing the above steps, our experts will draft a quotation for you.
Logo process details
- Engraved logo: painted or not, suitable for simple logo design (bold font or simple pattern color)
- Printed logo: machine printing, relatively more color options, suitable for complex logos, but the price will be relatively high.

Our company declares/guarantees that we will strictly keep confidential the customer’s hair accessories design files and transaction records. Even so, there may still be styles similar to or even the same as your design on the market, and reverse engineering cannot be completely avoided. What we can do is to safeguard our respective legal rights and interests with buyers.
In principle, we encourage: 1. Please keep the design source files, proofs, goods, and logistics delivery certificates. Once plagiarized, these are evidence of complaining about plagiarists in terms of time and originality.

About Packaging

1. Clear polybag
- Simple and convenient, small size, low shipping cost. It can protect the gripper from scratches or damage caused by collisions, and is accepted by the public.
- Not environmentally friendly
2. Cotton bag
- Environmentally friendly, beautiful, can protect the gripper, popular.
- Slightly higher cost, large minimum order quantity, large packaging volume, and increased shipping costs. You can choose it if you want to build a brand.
3. Paper card
- Simple and environmentally friendly, low cost, and beautiful.

MOQ and Metal Accessories
- The minimum order quantity for grabbing and pressing clamps is 100 per design. If the number of designs is greater than 3, the minimum order quantity for grabbing clamps can be adjusted to 50 per style. For new customers, the MOQ for the first customized grabbing clamp can be adjusted to 50 per style (the minimum order quantity for pressing clamps remains unchanged).
- The minimum order quantity for website customized products is different:
a: The minimum order quantity of our products has been adjusted, so the new products are all based on our current minimum order quantity. Due to the large number of products on the website, many older styles have not been modified in time. We will modify them as soon as possible.
b: If the customer customizes completely according to our design without any modification, we can customize it according to the minimum order quantity of 50. If the customer needs to customize his own design, the minimum order quantity is 100 each.
- If the customer’s design is simple and it is the first time to try to contact the customized hair grab, the MOQ can be appropriately reduced. The unit price is too high.
